Each year that our association has held a garden tour, the event has built on the success of previous tours. But this year, the garden tour grew like bamboo in your back yard or mint in your herb garden. Under the extraordinary leadership of 4 members of the Class of 2022, the 2024 tour surpassed all expectations and became a 5 star, high tech Dallas event.

• The sponsorship goal was exceeded by 50%
• The ticket sales goal was exceeded by 60%
• The robust Silent Auction, featuring over 30 items, exceeded its goal by 240%

The tour is the DCMGA’s biggest fundraiser but additionally it showcases how talented master gardeners create beautiful gardens using best horticultural practices and exposes our community to information from super educators.

The success of this event represents hours of planning, organizing, soliciting, creating, and probably a lot of worrying about the weather!  So today, we honor the 4 coordinators of the 2024 Garden Tour –
