Come and learn from the best! Viticulture specialist Michael Cook, will walk you through the wine-making process from beginning to end! Three dates:

Oct 22 - Grape processing and crushing of red grapes, crushing and pressing of white grapes.
Oct 29 - Pressing reds, racking and sampling white wine
Nov 19 - Racking, filtering, and bottling of wines.

In addition, tour the vineyard at the Urban Farm in Garland and everyone gets to take home a bottle or two of wine!
