The award winning Jellyvangelists (Urban County Farm jelly team) will be teaching a Jelly Class at R&B1 (Urban County Farm)  /  715 Rowlett Rd, Garland, TX 75043

February 8 / 10:00-am - 11:30am  (please only sign up for one session)
February 8 / 10:30am - 12:00pm  (please only sign up for one session)
February 8 / 11:00am - 12:30am  (please only sign up for one session)
Cost: $10 (You'll walk away with your favorite jar of jelly). Cash, Zelle, or Square will be accepted

Our jelly team will demonstrate how to make our award winning jelly. After that, you will have a hands-on opportunity to make a batch of jelly. Don't worry, we'll be right there with you.

Learning to can is not just about jelly, it's a skill that will help you at home - canning food that you've grown will reduce food waste.
This class is intended to take the mystery out of making jelly and canning in general. You don't need a lot of fancy equipment. We'll show you some kitchen hacks that we've made work in our own kitchens.

The class will be inside the main building. You will drive through the open gate on the east (right) side of the front garden.
Please arrive 15 min prior to your class. We will start each class on time.
